Shrimptines

I have never had this, but I thought it sounded interesting, if you like shrimp.

12 saltine crackers
12 raw, deveined shrimp
12 slices of sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 fresh lemon
Garlic Salt

Place crackers toppped with slices of cheese about 1 inch apart on cookie sheet.  Top each with a shrimp.  Add a touch of lemon juice and garlic salt to taste.  Broil in oven at 375 degrees until cheese is lightly brown and bubbly.  Serve Hot!
